Margerita Ndoja is a distinguished real estate operations and compliance executive with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning residential, commercial, and title services. Since 2000, she has partnered with her husband, Nick Ndoja, in the development and management of diverse real estate ventures, including gas stations, shopping centers, hotels, and office buildings.
As Co-Founder and Director of Operations at RE/MAX First—operating three offices in East Broward with a team of over 100 agents—Margerita oversees all aspects of transaction management, compliance, escrow processes, closings, and commission disbursements. She leads the supervision of listing and contract documentation, as well as agent onboarding, recruiting, marketing, and professional development programs that foster growth, expertise, and excellence across the organization.
Her experience includes a leadership role at First Title of Broward, where she managed closings and financial disbursements, further strengthening her proficiency in regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Margerita also plays a key role in the strategic development and compliance framework of Dome Equity, the latest venture under their leadership.
