His experience spans multiple asset classes, including grocery-anchored shopping centers, retail centers, hotels, multifamily developments, urban land planning, office buildings, gas stations and fuel distribution, warehouses, property portfolios, business assets, and ultra-luxury residential developments.

Nick is widely recognized as a skilled negotiator, commercial business advisor, and CoStar PowerBroker, with expertise in project analysis, development modeling, investment pro forma structuring, capital stacking, portfolio diversification, strategic growth planning, urban master development, and public offerings.
